ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The "Hummingbird" Units A and C sleep 6 and Units B and D sleep 4. (Units A and B can be combined to sleep 10 and Units C and D can be combined to sleep 10.) All of our guests have the use of a gas heated "guest" pool.
The "Cottage" is a 2 bedroom/ 1 bath house with a private heated pool, and is located 1.5 miles from Siesta Key. The "Cottage" sleeps 6 and is ideal for a family vacation!!
A 30% deposit is required with all reservations. Cancellations received at our office in writing 90 days prior to arrival will be refunded less $75.00 handling and administration charges. There are no refunds for late arrivals and early departures. A refundable security deposit of $75.00 to $100.00 (depending on the size of the accommodation) is required. Refund of security deposit will be made by mail after inspection for damages after the accommodation has been cleaned. Security deposits are retained if it is evident that you were smoking in the unit or if the unit is left in such a condition that more than the normal cleaning is required. We reserve the right to change your accommodation if necessary. All rates are subject to a 10% Tax.
Check out time is 9:30a.m. and check in time is 4:00p.m. We hope you will understand we need until 4:00p.m. to properly clean your accommodation since some are large with full kitchens. If you have a problem with the time of arrival or departure due to airline flights, etc., we are sometimes able to adjust your check in and check out times if you let us know in advance of your arrival. We are unable to accommodate early arrivals or late check-out from December through the week after Easter Sunday.
Additional persons: $7.00 per person, per day, for any person over the stated number of people that the accommodation can sleep. Our accommodations are all non-smoking and we regret that we are unable to accept pets. Sorry, no motorhomes, boats or motorcycles are allowed at the Hummingbird, as parking is limited. Motorhomes and boats are allowed at the Cottage.
All accommodations are extremely clean and well maintained.
All of our accommodations are fully furnished, including sheets, towels, cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans, iron, ironing board, coffee makers, toasters, blenders, and microwaves. All accommodations have cable TV with remotes, VCR's and private telephones. Your accommodation will be supplied with a complimentary roll of toilet paper, paper towels, trash can liners, and small bar of soap. You are responsible for your needs for the duration of your stay. Just bring your personal items and be prepared for a great vacation!!!
We do not provide maid service, however arrangements can be made if you wish to have maid service for an extra fee.
One week minimum in "prime season", rates are subject to change. Call for Daily summer and Holiday rates and availability.
